029 - Sirens planter

This a very especial planter perfect to be used as a table center with dried flowers. It has two sirens and the sides show a fretworked pond with swans and plants. It is a remarkably beautiful design of old Italian origin that I have restored carefully in the computer.

The planter is designed to be made preferably with 1/4 inches wood or with 6 mm wood, but of course it can be resized at will to fit any wood thickness. The following table gives the dimensions of the planter depending on the wood thickness you use:

Planter height Planter depth Planter width
1/4 in. wood 12.4 in. 13 in. 26,7 in.
1/8 in. wood 6,2 in. 6,4 in. 13,4 in.
3 mm wood 14.9 cm 15.6 cm 32 cm
6 mm wood 29.8 cm 31.2 cm 64.1 cm

The planter is made with cherry and walnut and finished with gloss polyurethane. This picture shows one of the mermaids on each side of the planter.
