196 - Small art nouveau cabinet

This is a pattern for a simple art nouveau cabinet that any scroll saw beginner with basic skills can use to step into intermediate designs. The pattern has been entirely reconstructed in the computer after a very old French design published at the turn of the XX century.

The pattern is printed to make the cabinet with 1//8 and 1/4 inches wood or with 3 and 6 mm wood, but of course it can be resized at will. This table gives the dimensions of the cabinet depending on the wood thickness you use:

Height Width Depth
1/4 and 1/8 in. wood 23.7 in. 22.5 in. 7.1 in.
6 and 3 mm wood 57 cm 54 cm 17 cm

Please note that this pattern is registered and copyrighted. If you would like to have it I offer it for 12 € plus shipping. The pattern is computer made, which provides total precision, and nicely printed for convenient scrolling. Please write me to [email protected] to buy this pattern or for any questions.

This picture is courtesy of Lawrence Peterson from the USA. The woods are Teak, Wenge, Yellow Heart, Walnut (inside back) and Sapele Mahogany. Finish is Teak Oil.
